The main objective of the project is to modernize and strengthen the capacity of at least 30 NGOs active in the labor market field from 13 counties (Alba, Arad, Bihor, Bistrița-Năsăud, Cluj, Constanța, Iași, Maramureș, Mureș, Satu Mare, Sălaj, Sibiu, Timiș) in Romania. It aims to provide resources, training, and technical assistance for these NGOs to become essential players in assessing and anticipating skills needs in the labor market.
By implementing a collaborative platform, training specialists, and developing sustainable partnerships, the project aims to improve the capacity of NGOs to support the matching of labor supply and demand and to facilitate transitions and professional mobility.
